individual sessions
As with all the coaching I do, we start with the premise that something in your life is not what you would prefer it to be. So clarity is one of the things we strive together to discover.
Consistency and a willingness to remain constant is vital in any change process. After all, wouldn’t it be agreeable that you have been consistent with the thinking and behavior you have engaged in for quite some time? Most problems that we live with are not the things that suddenly happen, they are the messages that we hear in our own minds that are like a rinse and repeat cycle on a washing machine.
We can simply change the settings on the washer. It is that simple. And it can be challenging.
We move into the understanding that you already know everything about you. That we have limitations and often struggle staying with ourselves, having our own back, and thinking old, used-up thoughts that don’t serve us.
What if that piece became one of the most valuable things that you possess? Your sensitivity to your thoughts becomes your alarm clock to wake up! Stepping into your power of choice, well, is a powerful thing.
What can you expect by choosing to work with me?
You will be challenged. You will be respected. You will change. We will learn.
We will create and nurture a relationship of growth and understanding. Understanding that it is indeed you that has these powers to change you. You are the only one that can do this. I will guide and listen to you. I will hear you and challenge you with questions so that you can hear more clearly that what you are saying has been said many times before. You will need to hear you in order for you to change the way you live with you.
Your story of you will change.
Humor is a remarkable asset that we have available to us in this change process. We will laugh together! When we laugh while doing challenging things, change becomes less scary.
Ultimately, no matter what is going on for you in your life and no matter what it is that you want to work on, this particular truth will weave its way through you: “When I change the way I look at things, the things I look at change.” Wayne Dyer.
